About the Group

UT-CAST (the University of Tokyo CommunicAtors of Science and Technology) is a non-profitable community operated by about 200 students of the University of Tokyo. We aim at spreading over and sharing with many people the fun and the profound enchantment of science.
We organize over 200 science shows and science experiment classes every year, mainly in response to the requests by schools, local governments, local communities and firms.
Furthermore, we are always eager to develop our activities in order to achieve our aim. For example, we have appeared on TV and published some books dealing with interesting scientific topics. We also post many scientific reading, photos, or movies on YouTube and some social media.
