1. Click the URL of the projects. You can find the URL on the projects' detail page of each project.

2. Click “Open Zoom” on the “Open Zoom Meetings?" pop-up. If you cannot see the pop-up, you may be using a browser that is not supported by Zoom. Please change the browser to open the URL and try again.

   

3. The download of Zoom App will start automatically. If it won’t, click “Download Now” to start downloading.

4. Follow the instructions of the PC to install Zoom App.

5. After the installation is completed, fill in the name that will be displayed to other participants in the meeting.

6. When you have completed all the steps above, you can join the meeting.

It may be possible to join the meeting with a PC browser without installing Zoom App depending on the settings by the projects.

1. Click the URL of the projects. You can find the URL on the projects' detail page of each project. You will then see the screen like the one below.

   

2. Click “Join from Your Browser” to join the meeting. If you cannot see that link, please join the meeting by the way shown in “How to Join Meetings with PC”.

3. When the screen below appears, fill in the name that will be displayed to other participants in the meeting.

   

4. Click “Join Audio by Computer” when the screen below appears and you can join the meeting.

   

1. Tap the URL of the projects. You can find the URL on the projects' detail page of each project.

2. Install Zoom App following the page below. If you cannot see the page, you may be using a browser that is not supported by Zoom. Please change the browser to open the URL and try again.

   

3. Install Zoom App.

4. Go back to the page below and tap “Launch Meeting”.

   

5. After the installation is completed, fill in the name that will be displayed to other participants in the meeting.

6. When you have completed all the steps above, you can join the meeting.
